Hey there guys! It’s Cataleya here, and since today is Martin Luther King Jr. Day, we are going to learn about a bird that is super smart and great at speaking up: the African Grey Parrot! 🦜

3. They are about as smart as a 5-year-old! That’s like my brother… but my brother is not a bird 😆

   
   

4. Because they are so smart, if you get one as a pet, they can be very hard to keep entertained. They need lots of toys and brain games!

   
   

5. There are different types of African Greys, but the one we usually know and love is the Congo African Grey.

   
   

   

   
   

I think African Greys are so cute! There is also a YouTuber bird named Apollo, and he is such a cool bird

he even broke a world record!
